In this hands-on Family French Brunch Class, you’ll step into our kitchen and learn how to make a charming spread of classic French dishes—simple enough for young chefs to help with, yet elegant enough to impress any brunch table.
Under the guidance of Chef Kaitlyn, families will whisk, sauté, and bake their way through a menu full of flavor, fun, and a sprinkle of Parisian flair. Whether you’re flipping crepes, assembling a fresh salad, or whipping up the perfect omelette, you’ll discover the joy of cooking together, à la française!

🥖 Classic French Omelettes with Fine Herbs & Gruyère
Soft, buttery omelettes filled with delicate herbs and creamy cheese—the perfect start to any French morning.
🍅 Ratatouille Provençale
A beautiful medley of fresh vegetables—zucchini, eggplant, peppers, and tomatoes—simmered in a rich, savory sauce that captures the heart of Provence.
