Upon Arrival:
You will be greeted by parking lot attendants who will direct you into a parking space. Unless otherwise requested, all guests will be parked with their windshield facing the screen, which will require some spaces be reversed into. Following the parking attendant's directions will ensure a smooth parking maneuver and allow plenty of clearance around all vehicles for walking lanes. We reserve the right to swap cars so that everyone has a good viewing experience.
Late Arrivals:
Vehicles will not be permitted to enter the lot within 5 minutes of showtime. Please arrive within 15 minutes of showtime. For the enjoyment of all guests, we will not be parking cars once the movie has begun.
Emergency exit:
While it is highly discouraged to leave the lot before the show has ended, we understand that emergencies can happen. If for some reason you cannot stay for the duration of the show, you may notify a parking lot attendant and they can direct you safely out of the lot. Do not start your car without notifying an attendant first.

FAQs:
WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ARE BEING TAKEN? All CDC and State of California guidelines will be followed, and we are working to ensure this event meets or exceeds all recommended standards. For the safety of our staff and guests, we will leave enough distance between you and the surrounding vehicles. We ask that all guests remain in/by their vehicles, practice social distancing, and wear masks. In the event it is necessary for a guest to leave their vehicle, guests must use social distancing practices. Security will be strictly enforcing guidelines. Failure to follow safe social distancing, or requests of security or staff members for guests to follow, will cause the guest to be subject to removal. Event staff will be wearing masks as required by CDC guidelines.
ENTRANCE & PARKING: Located at the 140 Chestnut St. parking lot in Pasadena, CA. There will be one entrance to the drive-in. Please proceed to the entrance off of N Raymond Ave for check-in. From there you will be directed into your parking spot. We will open the entrance 1 hour before each show. Ushers will direct cars into a designated parking spot. RVs and campers are not permitted. At the conclusion of the showing, all cars must immediately leave the lot.
CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET AT THE EVENT? Yes – tickets can be purchased on-site through Eventbrite by the start time of the event.
ARE PARKING SPACES ASSIGNED? Tickets are General Admission, but Row Numbers and Arrival Times are assigned to each ticket. Vehicles will be placed on a first come first served basis and will also be based on vehicle size.
RULES FOR PARKING: Please follow the direction of parking attendants and venue staff. For everyone’s safety, it is important that you stay in the space you are assigned throughout the event. Parking spaces between vehicles must remain clear.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE? Plan to arrive at the arrival time listed on your ticket order. No admittance will be allowed 5 minutes after showtime.
HOW DO I CHECK-IN? Our team will confirm your reservation upon arrival and guide you to a parking spot. If you need to roll down your window to ask a question, you must wear a mask. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
DOES EVERYONE IN MY CAR NEED A TICKET? Yes, you need one ticket per person and additional tickets can be purchased on-site if needed.
WILL RESTROOMS BE AVAILABLE? Yes. All guests exiting their vehicle MUST wear a mask or face covering. Once out of the vehicle guests must maintain 6 ft. social distancing. In addition to restrooms.
WILL CONCESSIONS BE AVAILABLE? Yes. Concessions will be available to purchase.
IS ALCOHOL PERMITTED? No. The venue has specifically asked that attendees refrain from consuming alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, or any other substances on the premises.
WHAT KINDS OF VEHICLES ARE PERMITTED? Vehicles and trucks must fit in a single, standard parking space. Oversized vehicles such as RVs and trailers are not permitted.
HOW DO I HEAR THE MOVIE? Audio will be transmitted via FM radio. You will be notified of which station to tune into for your show.
DO MY HEADLIGHTS NEED TO BE OFF? Yes.
DO I NEED TO STAY INSIDE MY VEHICLE? We ask that all attendees stay either inside their vehicles or sit in chairs near their vehicles in their designated parking spot. Hatches may be open but must not exceed roof height. Please use common courtesy so everyone can enjoy the show.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES? Yes! We encourage you to take and share pictures with the tags #empirelakesproductions and @empirelakesco. Please, no flash photography or recording once the movie begins. Be sure to follow @empirelakesco on Instagram and Facebook!
CAN I BE REFUNDED? Yes, refunds are available for all tickets sold up to 24 hours before the event.
