Kesän alkamisen kunniaksi pääkaupunkiseudun sound system-perhe haluaa kutsua ihmiset läheltä ja kaukaa Ratapihan Reggae Karnevaaleille!Koko päivän kestävän tapahtuman keskiössä on kolme yhteen kokoontuvaa reggae sound systemiä, Salamari, Equal Share ja Rig & Debug. Yhdessä he muodostavat yleisölle tanssiareenan Pasilan ratapihan Kääntöpöydälle pitäen kukin huolen että musiikki soi, kuuluu ja tuntuu!
Samalla Wibesin ja SHYH Ry.n -yhteiskoju tarjoaa kahvia sekä purtavaa pienempään ja isompaan nälkään sekä järjestää kilpailun, jossa voit voittaa pääsylipun elokuiseen Wibes Festival-tapahtumaan kolmeksi päiväksi.
Ratapihalla tarjotaan myös kaikille tapahtumavieraille SHYH Ry.n hostaama avoin tila pitää puistokirpputoria tee-se-ite -tyyleillä, joten tuo rohkeasti omat vanhat vaatteesi, tavarasi ja vaikkapa äänilevysi esimerkiksi viltin päälle vaihtamaan omistajaa!
Illan hämärtyessä juhlat siirtyvät sisätiloihin Playhouse Bar Vallilaan, jossa sulosointuja tarjoilee kolme pienempää sound systemiä: Foundation HI-FI, Sir Sam's sekä Boss Sounds!
Joukkorahoituksen avulla (kts. https://mesenaatti.me/3449/) haemme rahoitusta päivän tapahtumapaikan vuokraan. 10€ rahoituksen vastineena tarjoamme sisäänpääsyn jatkoille, jonne myymme saman hintaisia lippuja ovella.

To celebrate the beginning of summer, the capital region's sound system family invites people from near and far to Ratapihan Reggae Karnevaalit!
At the heart of the all-day event are three reggae sound systems coming together: Salamari, Equal Share, and Rig & Debug. Together, they create a dance arena for the audience at Pasila Railway Yard's Turntable, ensuring that the music plays, is heard, and felt! Meanwhile, the Wibes & SHYH Ry booth offers food for both small and big appetites and organizes a competition where you can win a three-day pass to the August Wibes Festival event. Additionally, at the railway yard, there's an open space hosted by SHYH Ry for all event guests to hold a park flea market in a do-it-yourself style, so feel free to bring your old clothes, items, and perhaps your vinyl records to change owners, laid out on a blanket!
As the evening dims, the festivities move indoors to the Playhouse Bar Vallila, where three smaller sound systems - Foundation HI-FI, Sir Sam's, and Boss Sounds - will provide sweet tunes!
Through crowdfunding (see https://mesenaatti.me/3449/), we're seeking funding for the rental of the day's event venue. In return for a €10 contribution, we offer admission to the after-party, where we'll sell tickets at the same price at the door.
