Parking: limited in village, please car share & park considerately. No parking in the forest.
Pick up desk opens: 10-30-11:45.
Start & Finish: Forest clearing SW of village SH672063 - allow 10 minutes to get from the race HQ to the start
Map: Available on website, may be downloaded and printed; waterproof versions available to buy at race HQ £1. Note the alternative bad weather route.
Facilities: Good big dry hall with toilets no showers. Free soup and bread. Tea and coffee available. No secure baggage store.
No first aider present, kit at finish and race HQ
Water at finish no potable water on route.
Biosecurity:- Please ensure your race shoes are mud free before entering the forest.

WFRA rules and insurance.
No dogs. No audio No GPS nav. No trekking poles!
Full body waterproof cover, hat and gloves, map magnetic compass and whistle mandatory.
