Let’s show up strong! We’re encouraging all eXp groups to come out, represent your teams, and help us fill all 60 volunteer slots. Together, we’ll prepare and pack meals for preschool-aged children facing food insecurity in Houston.
A few notes on logistics:
Arrival & Orientation

Please arrive at 12:50PM and check in at our Welcome Center. You’ll sign in on our computers and enjoy a quick orientation before diving in. Once we’re ready to get to work, we’ll provide all the tools and materials you need for your task.

Parking & Carpooling

We love seeing full cars pull up! Please continue to carpool whenever possible to help us manage limited parking.

Volunteer Dress Code

-Closed-toed shoes (your toes will thank you)

-Hairnet or hat – You might just be testing your sandwich-making skills , so bring your favorite hat or pick up a Kids’ Meals hat at the Welcome Center. You may not need it, but better to be prepared!

-Disposable gloves (we’ll provide these on-site)

Refreshments & Breaks

-Arrive a little early to grab a coffee or snack at our on-site Brown Bag Café, operated by the incredible team at Belong Kitchen.

-Bring your favorite water bottle or cup to show off your style — we have bottle-filling stations just outside the volunteer kitchen.

Personal Belongings

Lockers are available for personal items. For safety and to meet health code requirements, no bags, phones, food, or drinks are allowed inside the volunteer workspace. Instructions for locker use will be posted.
