Rare Fruit Orchard Tour @ Botanic Gardens

Take part in a guided tour of the Rare Fruit Tree Orchard at the Bundaberg Botanic Gardens as part of the Taste Bundaberg Festival. Home to a diverse range of fruits which are unlikely to be seen on grocery store shelves, visitors are invited to learn first-hand about how the rare fruits are grown. The list of trees include Carambola, Star Apple, Cherry of Rio Grande, Miracle Fruit, Wampee, Kwaimuk, Giant Lau Lau, Grumichama, Soursop, Black Sapote, Pitomba and Rick's Red Fingerlime.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour and meet outside Cafe 1928. It is asked that participants wear closed in shoes and sun smart attire.

Please note: this tour is not suitable for wheelchairs as there are no paths.
