Discover the tradition, craft, and fascinating stories behind some of the rarest wheels and wedges in our cheese case. Alongside a Murray’s expert, you’ll get to taste a small-batch, traditionally crafted Gruyère that’s rarely available in the U.S., plus three other one-of-a-kind wheels and wedges. All paired with equally unique wines and pairings (many of them award-winning). This is your chance to experience once-in-a-lifetime flavors and find out what sets truly great cheese apart.

In-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.
