About this Event

Tuesday 2nd June, 12pm–7pm | Wednesday 3rd June, 7am–12pm Hosted by Rapid Welding & Industrial Supplies

If you work with pipe, whether you're a welder on the tools, a fabrication shop owner, or a contracts manager trying to hit deadlines without blowing the budget, this is the event for you.

We've brought together leading manufacturers in pipe welding, cutting, prepping and purging, all in one place, all running live demonstrations.

Walk the full customer journey: Cut it → Prep it → Tack it → Purge it → Weld it → Clean it

You'll see every stage of pipe fabrication demonstrated end-to-end, so you can work out exactly where the bottlenecks are in your own workflow and what's worth investing in.

Why come along?

Get more done in less time. Automated and semi-automated systems like the WeldingDroid TIG robots, Novarc's MIG spooling robot and the AWS Comet MKV orbital systems are built to take the slow, repetitive passes off your welders' plates, so you finish jobs faster without dropping quality.

Beat the skills shortage. Finding experienced coded pipe welders is harder than it's ever been. Mechanised and orbital welding systems mean a less experienced operator can produce code-quality welds consistently, which takes pressure off your senior team and helps you take on work you'd otherwise have to turn down.

Keep a lid on costs. Wasted consumables, failed weld tests, rework. It all eats margin. Better prep tools (TAG, AXXAIR, FIT-UP PRO), high quality purging kit (PPM) and processes.

Make your operators better at what they do. Put the right equipment in your welders hands so they can produce work they couldn't produce before. A welder using a PATON TIG with stainless cleaning, or running an orbital head for the first time, walks away genuinely more capable.

What's it like on the day?

Relaxed and hands-on. Come and go as you please across the two days. Bring your team, bring your samples, bring the awkward job you can't quite figure out. Chances are someone here has a solution for it. Tea and coffee provided. Free parking on site. Free entry.
