Buyers are waiting for 3% interest rates like they're waiting for Jesus to return. Sellers are still pricing their homes like it's 2021. Realtors are performing CPR on dead deals. Loan officers are updating their résumés. And everybody's got a cousin who knows what the Fed is going to do next.
