Ranger Trailhead is hard to find. Use Alltrails to get your GPS directions. You will enter from Baseline and Central Avenue.

Meet at the restroom at 620am and we will drive over to Ranger if you need to follow me.
The restrooms are at the second guard station. Cellphone reception is spotty.
Try this 3.1-mile out-and-back trail near Laveen, Arizona. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 1 h 49 min to complete. This is a popular trail for hiking and walking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day.
