Range Ready - Mindfulness & Confidence Training is a 4-hour women-focused program designed to help you step onto the range with calm presence, unshakable confidence, and complete safety awareness from day one.

Led by experienced instructors from Hard Candy Self Defense, this course blends practical firearm safety with mindfulness techniques and confidence-building exercises so you can develop the mental strength and physical skills to shoot responsibly and fearlessly.

You will learn:

• Mindfulness practices and mindset shifts for range confidence

• The Four Universal Safety Rules and how to make them automatic reflexes

• Safe firearm handling, loading/unloading, and malfunction clearing

• Range commands, line etiquette, and real-world emergency response

• CPR/First Aid certification with OnSite CPR LLC

• Women-specific equipment guidance and accident prevention

By the end of this course, you will possess the knowledge, calm focus, and practical skills to participate safely and confidently in shooting activities.
