Join the MTNTOUGH Team including, Dustin Diefenderfer, Head Trainer Sarah Maschino, Kris Thorson and Dr. Nick Bechtold for an inspiring and informative evening with Randy Newberg, who will share his personal journey of overcoming a wrist injury and how Sarah’s specially tailored fitness program helped him return stronger than ever. Learn valuable insights into backcountry fitness, injury recovery, and staying fit for the wild.
-The night kicks off at 6 PM with a 1-mile ruck—route details will be provided in advance via GoHunt and onX.
-At 7 PM, we’ll dive into a Round Table Discussion and Fitness Q&A, followed by plenty of time for networking and conversation.
