Randolph County Swine Show + The Munch Box for Breakfast!

Swine Check-In: 7am-8am
*Show starts @ 9AM
Come hungry as THE MUNCHBOX out of Monroe City will be here ready to fill everyone's bellies with their scrumptious breakfast menu!
Rules:
1. Show time is subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Proof of ownership (registration papers in the exhibitor's name) will be made available at show check-in. All non-registered animals must be shown as a crossbred.
3. Breed markings must adhere to breed association guidelines.
4. All swine must be ear-notched and fully healed.
5. Market hog classes will be shown by declared weight. Weigh backs are at the discretion of the judge on show day. If a weigh-back is directed, the market hog must be within 15 pounds of the declared weight. Gilts will be allowed to show as Market Hogs (with Barrows). Gilts shown may not be shown in both breeding and market hog classes.
6. Showmanship exhibitors must own and show their animal. The animal must have been shown in a previous class.
7. Boars are prohibited from being exhibited in a Showmanship class.
8. An exhibitor may show 2 Market Hogs per class, not to exceed a total of 6 Market Hogs
9. Any breed not listed will be shown as Other Purebreds (OPB) in their respective age or weight class.
10. Peewee showmanship will be based on the availability of pigs by exhibitors. Sign-up will be available on the day of the show.
11. Any discrepancies will be addressed by the show chair and livestock superintendent. All decisions are final by the show chairs.
BREED: Berkshire, Chester White, Duroc, Hampshire, Hereford, Poland, Spotted, Yorkshire, Other Purebred, Light Colored Crossbred & Dark Colored Crossbred
DIVISIONS/CLASSES: Champion and Reserve Champion Boar, Gilt, and Market Hog are chosen following each show. Market hogs are shown by weight classes within breed designation. Purebred Boars, Crossbred Boars, Purebred Gilts, Crossbred Gilts, Purebred Market Hog & Crossbred Market Hog
Showmanship: Junior Showmanship (ages 8-11), Intermediate Showmanship (ages 12-15) and Senior Showmanship (ages 16 & over)
