Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating Yin Yoga Class! We will release tension, stretch your limbs, and find inner peace!Join me, Paisley RYT 200 Certified Yoga Instructor, for an hour of deep stretching and relaxation!

We will vibe to an R&B playlist and end class with some mindful meditation!
Please come hydrated and set aside this time for your self-care!
Yin Yoga focuses on stretching, improving flexibility, and intentional relaxation. Holding restorative poses for long periods helps release the body's connective tissues. This class is great for beginners and/or pros. Most movements will be seated & low impact during the class.
All genders & ages are welcome!
Tips for class:
-Try to come about 10 minutes early (11:50pm) to relax and get present in the space. Please try to arrive on time so other guests aren't disrupted!
-Dress comfortably & have water nearby during the class
-Invite a friend & you can also pay via Cashapp at the door
-Supplies: Yoga mat/towel, water, your undivided attention for the hour =)
-Feel free to bring any extra props that may assist you in your yoga practice (blocks, straps, pillows, towels, etc)
