R&B Yin Yoga - Relax & Restore - September 28th

Step into stillness, stretch, and soul. On Sunday, September 28th from 12:30pm to 1:30pm, I’m hosting a special R&B Yin Yoga pop up class designed to nurture your body and spirit. This session will be guided by the sounds of Neo Soul greats like Erykah Badu, D’Angelo, Lauryn Hill, Angie Stone, and more, creating the perfect atmosphere for deep relaxation and connection.

BYOM = Bring your own mat. Doors will open 30 minutes before class begins at noon, and you'll have time at the end of class to mingle. A giveaway and a short guided meditation will be included. I believe yoga is a form of self care, which is a form of self love. So grab your mat, invite a friend, and join me for R&B Yin Yoga.
