R&B Yin Yoga - Relax & Restore - March 23rd

March is all about honoring women, and what better way to celebrate than with self-care? Join me on Sunday, March 23rd, from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM for my next R&B Yin Yoga pop-up class, featuring an all-women R&B playlist that sets the perfect vibe. I am thrilled to bring you a unique yoga experience set to the songs of TLC, Mary J. Blige, Aaliyah, Anita Baker, and more.

This is an all level friendly class that's perfect for beginners, and experienced yogis. Relax and unwind in this hour long class, set to the melodic sounds old and new R&B music. BYOM = Bring your own mat. Doors will open 30 minutes before class begins at noon, and you'll have time at the end of class to mingle. A giveaway and a short guided meditation will be included. I believe yoga is a form of self care, which is a form of self love. So grab your mat, invite a friend, and join me for R&B Yin Yoga.
