R&B Yin Yoga - Relax & Restore - February 9th

Get ready to flow to R&B love songs at my next R&B Yin Yoga Pop-Up Class of 2025 on Sunday, February 9th, from 12:30pm to 1:30pm. I am thrilled to bring you a unique yoga experience set to the songs of Boyz II Men, Monica, Jagged Edge, 702, and more.

This is an all level friendly class that's perfect for beginners, and experienced yogis. Relax and unwind in this hour long class, set to the melodic sounds old and new R&B music. BYOM = Bring your own mat. Doors will open 30 minutes before class begins at noon, and you'll have time at the end of class to mingle. A giveaway and a short guided meditation will be included. I believe yoga is a form of self care, which is a form of self love. So grab your mat, invite a friend, and join me for R&B Yin Yoga.
