R&B Yin Yoga - Relax & Restore - April 13th

It’s time to press play on your self-care. Join me on Sunday, April 13th, from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM for an R&B Yin Yoga experience set to the soulful sounds of 90s R&B classics—think Maxwell, SWV, 702, New Edition, and more. I'll bring the ultimate vibe: deep stretches, smooth grooves, and a space filled with love, peace, and relaxation.

This is an all level friendly class that's perfect for beginners, and experienced yogis. Relax and unwind in this hour long class, set to the melodic sounds old and new R&B music. BYOM = Bring your own mat. Doors will open 30 minutes before class begins at noon, and you'll have time at the end of class to mingle. A giveaway and a short guided meditation will be included. I believe yoga is a form of self care, which is a form of self love. So grab your mat, invite a friend, and join me for R&B Yin Yoga.
