No refunds or exchanges unless the event is officially cancelled by the organizers
In case of cancellation all ticket holders will be notified and fully refunded.
Tickets are transferable — feel free to pass yours to a friend or family member if you can’t attend

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:
Alcohol is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises — this includes both inside the venue and the parking lot. Anyone found consuming or in possession of alcohol will be immediately removed from the event without refund.
This is a family-friendly event — please be respectful of the cultural and community environment
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
Follow the guidance of volunteers and venue staff for everyone's safety
Maintain care of rented dandiya sticks — deposit will not be returned if they are lost broken or stolen
