This November, we’re keeping the heat on with our monthly Ramen Pop-Ups (every first Tuesday at The Proletariat)!This month’s featured bowl: Birria Ramen. A rich, slow-simmered fusion of bold birria broth, tender beef, and all the ramen goodness you crave. It’s comfort with a kick, straight from the mind (and hands) of Chef Blaine of Noodle ILL’e’GAL.
