• Discover Customer Segments: Identify and be challenged to connect with the audiences most aligned with your mission and offerings.
• Clarify Customer Problem Statements: Clearly define the challenges your customers face and how your venture addresses them.
• Validate Your Business Model: Test and enhance your approach to ensure it is both sustainable and impactful.

Workshop Features:

• One-on-One Mentor Sessions: Work closely with Rally Maker-Mentors for personalized practical guidance tailored to your needs.
• Collaborative Group Activities: Brainstorm and share insights with peers in interactive sessions.
• Hands-On Experimentation: Take real-time action by making calls conducting interviews and testing your ideas to generate immediate insights.

Workshop Cost:

To ensure participants stay energized and focused a $20 per person contribution fee will cover breakfast lunch drinks and snacks throughout the workshop.
