Rally at City Council meeting to reiterate our Budget demands for a living wage for all city workers. We will be speaking out about the Union's proposals for the City's FY 23-24 budget be:
- $20 per hour - Raise the minimum wage for all city employees now!
- Recognize Years of Service in the Step Pay Plan,
- Grant everyone a 10% across- the-board raise,
- Lower health insurance premiums,
- 3% CDL differential pay,
- Matching 401k contributions
- Daily Overtime pay
- Hazard pay for work during inclement weather
