This year we have a 2 week period between Queens and Raleigh. Last year’s prep day went so well, we just had to do it again.
Expect some good fundamentals on how to grapple safely and effectively in a sword fight, including how to close in for the grapple/react to one as well!
It’s $15 for a 6-8 hour day of planned lessons and sparring with CHFA! We will throw you, but only if you let us.
