Nasir Dukes, Founder & CEO, Dukes Properties & Construction
Nasir founded Dukes Properties in 2004 and has grown it into one of downtown Raleigh's most active residential developers. His award-winning Dukes at City View in the Warehouse District helped reshape downtown, and his newest project, Dukes Reserve, is a gated community of custom estates on 3+ acre lots in North Raleigh. He's also expanding into downtown Rocky Mount.
Steven Wilk, Director of Development, Jiko Development & Grayson Homes
Steven leads development for Jiko Development, a downtown Raleigh firm building modern, walkable residential and mixed-use communities, and Grayson Homes. With a background in investments and capital markets, he brings the numbers side of how a project gets from concept to closing.
Greg Gala, Founder & CEO, Gala Investments
Greg is a UNC-Chapel Hill grad and the founder of Gala Investments, with work spanning land acquisition, entitlements, development financing and investment sales across the Carolinas. He helps developers and investors get projects off the ground and funded
