This session is a safe space for girls, boys, and their parents to learn how to identify, communicate, and respect personal limits in a supportive environment. What We Will Cover:

• Understanding Consent: Breaking down what "yes" and "no" look like in everyday interactions.
• Defining Boundaries: How to set, communicate, and honor physical and emotional limits.
• Emotional Safety: Recognizing the signs of healthy vs. unhealthy dynamics.
• Parent-Child Dialogue: Practical tips for parents to keep the lines of communication open and judgment-free.
