A Pink Bow Project Community Conversation on Child Safety, Technology, and Prevention
About this Event

This activation is designed to translate awareness into action by creating an accessible conversation around prevention, online safety, and how adults can better support children in an increasingly connected world. The goal is to move beyond fear-based messaging and instead provide families and community members with knowledge, tools, and resources to engage with children from a place of understanding and confidence.

The conversation will feature a moderated panel of experts representing child safety, law enforcement, technology, and national advocacy perspectives. Together, panelists will explore the realities of online risk, how digital platforms function, what parents and caregivers need to know, and how communities can work together to create safer environments for children.

Raising Safe, Connected Kids will take place as a free community activation during the 2026 Austin Studio Tour and will serve as an extension of the Pink Bow Project exhibit experience. Registration will be required, with encouraged donations benefiting The Pink Bow Project and supporting continued community education and prevention efforts.
