Southern Syrup-Makers tasting competition (guests may taste and vote)
Great food, fundraising dinner: Pulled pork, yellow rice and black beans $12, also other food trucks and vendors. ZHS FFA will be selling boiled peanuts.
Speaker from US Sugar on Sugar Cane at 12:30 pm in the Mabel Jordan Barn (behind the yellow two- story house)
Craft and other unique vendors, local honey, jams and jellies, hand decorated whiskey bottles, handmade soaps, candles, fire bowls, too many to list

Master Distiller, Alfredo Peña will speak at 2 pm at the Gazebo -
Alfredo was on The Discovery Channel's hit series "Moonshiners Master Distiller" Alfredo Competed and won the competition on the show. Alfredo is currently distilling at South Florida Distillers, the oldest Distillery in Fort Lauderdale.

Pasco County Mosquito Control Educational Trailer, with informational materials, crafts, and freebies
Collecting American Flags that need to be retired
If you have any flags that need to be respectfully retired, please bring them to the Raising Cane and Moonshine Festival at the museum on Saturday, January 14, 2023, 10 am - 4 pm. The Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) will have a small table at the event to collect worn/torn flags to be respectfully retired in their ceremony. The DAR table will be next to the yellow two-story Overstreet House, near the church. The DAR will be doing a flag retirement ceremony on President's Day, Monday February 20th.
Cosmic Riot Fire Dancing
In addition to all the regular fun at the Raising Cane & Moonshine Festival, we have added:
Fire Dancers at 11:00 am and 12:15 pm in front of the yellow 2-story Overstreet House. You don't want to miss this!
