Join us for a powerful breathwork session that will leave you feeling lighter, whether you're experienced or this is your first time trying breathwork.

In everyday life it's easy to feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, keeping us stuck in regrets of the past or fear of future - clouding our mind and draining our energy. This can manifest as heaviness in the body, fatigue, procrastination, emotional paralysis.

In this guided session you will journey to the subconscious mind and beyond - release blockages and supressed emotion; rise to connection, creativity, inspiration and clarity. The conscious breath brings us to the magic of the present moment. An extended connected breathing practice gives us access to the subconscious mind; ego-disolution and remembering our true, universal nature.

Comes from Greek words 'holos' meaning 'whole' and tropia, 'to move towards'.

Consciously practicing diaphragmatic 'belly' breathing has the effect of deepening our breathing in the everyday - meaning better sleep, better focus, increased energy levels.

Please note this is a potent practice and therefore is not suitable for some health conditions:

Uncontrolled blood pressure, glaucoma, pregnancy, recent history of seizure.
