About this Event
The rainforest comes alive at Mindful Space with booming thunder, frogs and crickets chirping, and the sound of wind and rain. A great horned owl hoots in the distance, sending a flutter of bats overhead. 10+ instruments will create a 360 immersive sound journey, taking you on an adventure through your imagination and into your inner landscape. This experience is aimed to help you release stuck energies and ease you into deep rest.
Dress comfortably and feel free to bring pillows or blankets to be cozy.
