Rainbow Yoga and Meditation with Lu, February 11th

Join us for light movement with room for variations with a guided meditation at the end at the downtown Portland Public Library. Attendees will want to bring a mat, towel or blanket since this workshop will be at a community space rather than a studio. This workshop will be taught by Lu Suarez (@lukeisstill). This workshop is free with the help of the New England Grass Roots Grow Grant!

Rainbow Arts Collective is now a 501(c)3 tax exempt nonprofit and we welcome donations to support future programming. Our programs have the focus of promoting queer and other marginalized teachers and fostering a safe environment for queer and allied attendees.
