Join Jen & Mandy for a Yin + Vinyasa Yoga class! The class will start with yin shapes aimed to relax the deep tissue, followed by a traditional Vinyasa flow.In the spirit of Pride month, wearing rainbow is encouraged!
Please bring your own mat, and a favorite blanket, if you wish. You’re welcome to bring any other props that you enjoy for this practice.
Space inside is limited to 15 people and is first come, first served. Warmer weather will allow us to open up the patio door to fit more mats, but early arrival is encouraged.
Suggested Donation (cash/Venmo): $15
Participants get $1 off their first beer/draft pour after the class.
