On February 27, 2025, we will host our Annual Meeting and State of Scouting Address to the Community at 7 PM at the Minooka Village Hall, located at 121 McEvilly Rd, Minooka. We hope you will consider attending and encourage you to invite others as well. The Charter Organizational Representative for each unit is a voting member of our Council, and their presence makes a significant impact.During the meeting, we will vote on a new Board and the policies and procedures that guide our Council. We are also seeking additional individuals to serve on the Rainbow Council Board of Directors. If your unit’s Key Three would like to nominate someone, please send their contact information to my email address below, along with a brief description of how they will strengthen the Scouting program within the Rainbow Council.
