Shoot in FD's water studio — a specialty space featuring a shallow reflection pool, rain + mist system, and RGB lighting setups. This is one of the few studios in LA equipped for true rain photography with an indoor setting. Perfect setup for a shoot with a Mermaid.

Your model — Naiia Lajoie
Professional model since 2007. Award-winning actress since 2009. Certified underwater + stunt performer since 2018. Magazine editor/columnist and multi-award-winning red carpet host. For this workshop, Naiia will wear two complete looks — mermaid and non-mermaid.

What to bring
- Your camera and a lens you're comfortable shooting with (24–85mm full-frame equivalent recommended)
- Fully charged battery + memory card with 32GB free
- A microfiber cloth or two for wiping spray off your lens
- Comfortable shoes for a wet floor

Studio Environment
You'll be shooting in an active water studio with wet floors, rain effects, and water around your gear. Bring a cloth for your lens, protect anything water-sensitive, and dress for a damp environment. Attendees are responsible for their own equipment, personal items, and personal safety during the workshop.
