WELCOME BACK FRIENDS! We are happy to announce the 2nd annual Rail City Tattoo Festival being held once again in the beautiful, historic St. Albans City Hall, starting at NOON on October 12-13, 2024, starting at 12pm! Tattooing, vendors, awesome music and great times are to be had by all. Last year was amazing so let’s do it all again!!
