About this Event

Taking place at Tropical Home Fine Art Gallery in Tampa, Raíces y Futuro brings together professionals, students, community leaders, and supporters for an elegant evening dedicated to making a lasting impact. Our inaugural fundraising gala celebrates the connections that bring us together while supporting opportunities for the next generation of STEM professionals.

Guests will enjoy a memorable night featuring:

• Dinner and Open Bar
• Salsa Lessons and Dancing: Get on the dance floor and learn some salsa moves by Iroko Dance Academy.
• Silent Auction: Discover unique items, gift cards, services, and experiences generously contributed by local businesses and community partners.
• Networking and Community: Connect with fellow professionals, students, and supporters who share a passion for creating opportunities and strengthening our community.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, SHPE Tampa Bay is committed to empowering students and professionals in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Through mentorship, scholarships, professional development, and educational initiatives, we strive to create pathways for future generations to learn, grow, and succeed.

Proceeds from the gala will support our chapter's programs and initiatives, helping us expand our reach and create meaningful opportunities throughout the Tampa Bay community.
