Rage Rewritten: In Person Woman's Circle

"What is a women’s circle?" I hear this question often. A women’s circle is a sacred space where you can show up as your perfectly imperfect self - authentic, vulnerable, and truly you - without fear of judgment or comparison.

For 2 precious hours, the time is all about you. You’ll have the chance to connect, be uplifted and feel into your aliveness. Every practice is an invitation; you’re free to participate in what feels right for you.

This time, we’ll explore rage. Together, we’ll reflect on what rage means to us, what we've been taught about rage, how we feel into it and explore it and how we can rewrite our story to it.

Gift yourself this time; a sacred space to connect with like-minded women through music, movement, sharing, and deep listening.

You can expect:-

• Embodied movement to give you the opportunity to drop into your body, to feel the rage, what lies beneath the rage.
• Devoted space to connect and share with likeminded sisters

• No prior experience of woman's circles is necessary. Come as you're wonderfully unique self.

I’m a Women’s Mentor, Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Body Worker, Anatomy Enthusiast, Meditation and Cacao Lover, and a passionate advocate for all things feminine pleasure.
