This is your permission to let out the parts of you that you silenced - not for the sake of rage and crying but for freedom.
When we make space in this way, we come deeply home into the body - and home into love.
Its also not something you are supposed to do all by yourself - allow yourself to be held in it all.
For individuals and couples (especially those who frequently get stuck in unhealthy cycles, those who rarely connect or are going through something big), and anyone who wants to reclaim the sacred power of their emotions.
It is a tantric-shamanic practice which aims at liberation from the egoic, wounded self to invite more bliss and aliveness into your life.
