Join us as we explore rage, communication, and conflict resolution in a sober, and supportive environment. Please note that this community event is not therapeutic.What to expect:
Understanding Rage and Communication: We'll discuss the nature of rage and its impact on our lives and relationships.
Boundaries and Communication: Explore the importance of setting and respecting boundaries in relationships, along with techniques for conscious communication.
Emotional Release Activities : Engage in activities that allow for emotional release, including opportunities for screaming and cathartic expression.
Conflict Resolution Strategies: Learn practical strategies for resolving conflicts in a constructive manner and navigating difficult conversations with mindfulness.
Closing Reflection: End the workshop with a brief reflection where participants can share insights from the session.
Important Notes:
This event is a camera-free zone, and ALL participants are encouraged to respect each other's privacy.
Participation in ALL activities is optional, and there's no pressure to engage in any activity that feels overwhelming.
Please come dressed comfortably and be prepared to engage in physical activities.

Noise Levels: The workshop will include activities that may involve loud noises, such as screaming or group discussions. Participants sensitive to noise are advised to bring earplugs or noise-canceling headphones.
Shared Experiences: Some activities may involve sharing personal experiences in a group setting. Participants are encouraged to share only what feels comfortable for them, and there is no pressure to disclose personal information.
Group Activities: Activities will be designed to accommodate various comfort levels. Participants can choose their level of participation in group activities, and there will be no requirement to engage beyond one's comfort zone.
Scents: Palo Santo or essential oils may be used during the workshop for grounding and relaxation purposes. Participants with sensitivities or allergies to scents are advised to take necessary precautions.
