Join us for some high-energy movement and cathartic release followed by gentle yoga. Designed to help you explore what anger feels like in your body, and provide a practice you can use at home.
No yoga experience needed. BRING a journal, mat, water, and something to scream into (pillow, sweatshirt, stuffed animal, etc.).
