Rage and Rest: Using Endorphins and Mindfulness to Reset
Attendees will receive curated materials exploring why attorneys are particularly susceptible to chronic stress, including the physiological and cognitive impacts of prolonged pressure. The program will examine how exercise stimulates endorphin release and regulates stress hormones, as well as how mindfulness practices influence brain function, attention, and resilience. Practical tools and at-home resources will be provided to support sustainable stress management beyond the session.
This program offers a practical, science-informed approach to improving well-being, enhancing focus, and building resilience in a demanding profession.
