Professor Lovato was one of the first American-born blackbelts to be embraced by the Brazilian community, and has long been sought out for his incredible teaching abilities in multiple martial arts disciplines. Professor Lovato is also renowned for mentoring his son (Rafael Lovato Jr.) to become one of the most successful jiu jitsu competitors of all time, as well as be crowned the Bellator Middleweight World Champion.
