TriangleRAD presents RADsgiving 2024, our next big '80s & '90s car show & meet!
When: Saturday, November 16, 2024
Where: 8651 Brier Creek Parkway, Raleigh, NC 27617
All models 1980-1999 are welcome, as well as continuation models (for example, if your car is a 2001 but wasn't redesigned since the '90s, you're in.)
We are interested in seeing all cars from the '80s & '90s, and they don't all have to be immaculate. Show off your burned paint, cracked dashes and mismatched body panels, it's all good!
If you happen to be bringing a car with popup headlights, look for the signs directing you to the Popup Zone!
Are you rocking a sweet kei truck, Skyline, or other RHD import? Look for the RHD Zone!
TriangleRAD meets aren't just about the cars. Wear your '80s & '90s attire or bring other nostalgic items for more Rad cred!
Fun, nostalgic, largely worthless prizes will be awarded for:
-Raddest '80s Car
-Raddest '90s Car
-Raddest Truck/Van
-Raddest JDM Import
-Raddest Accessory or Accessories
-Raddest Graphics
-Raddest Outfit
-Best Patina
-The Regular Prize
The Regular Prize will go to the best example of a totally mundane, common, disposable car from the RAD era that has somehow survived in more or less factory condition.
Judging will begin at 9:30 AM, and winners will be announced at 10:30. You must be present to win. Judging will be at the discretion of the organizers, and anyone else whose opinion we feel like listening to.
As always, we won't tolerate burnouts, excessive revving or any other shenanigans that could get us shut down.
Spectators with non-'80s/'90s cars are respectfully asked to park outside the show area.
