“Dystopia is now.” Radicalized is a collection of four novellas connected by social, technological, and economic visions of today and what America could be in the near, near future. Cory Doctorow’s characters deal with issues around immigration, corrupt police forces, dark web uprisings and more. Join Cory Doctorow and a panel of Cornell University faculty members for a moderated Q&A about the collection of stories.
Part of the Milstein Program's M Studio speaker series and is a required event for program first-years and sophomores. Students, please come with your questions in mind!
Q&A moderated by Roger Moseley (Music, Director of the Milstein Program in Technology and Humanity), Ray Craib (History), and Suman Seth (Science and Technology Studies).
This event is part of an A.D. White Professors-at-Large visit and is cosponsored by the Milstein Program and the departments of History and Science & Technology Studies. Doctorow visits both the Ithaca (Sept. 12-18) and Cornell Tech (Sept. 19) campuses in fall 2025 as an A.D. White Professor-at-Large.
