Welcome to the Radical Self Love Workshop!
Join us for a day of self-discovery, self-acceptance and empowerment at 111 Greenbank Rd. This workshop is all about embracing who you are, practicing self-care, and learning to love yourself unapologetically.
During this event, we will participate in a 60 minute yoga session and group discussions to help you cultivate a deeper sense of self-love and acceptance. We will also be creating bouquets of fresh flowers to give ourselves!
