Recharge, set boundaries, and nurture radical self-compassion—tools to sustain you and your activism.
About this Event

In a world on fire—with genocide, climate crisis, and rising fascism—caring for ourselves can feel impossible, selfish, or like one more task on an endless to-do list. But here’s the truth:

Self-compassion is not indulgence—it’s resistance.
Caring for ourselves is caring for the collective.
Boundaries are love. Joy is fuel. Connection sustains us.

Join us for a restorative afternoon of mindfulness, movement, and connection—created for activists, organizers, and big-hearted humans showing up for justice and care.Together, we’ll explore how to:

  • Reconnect to purpose and possibility
  • Listen to the body’s wisdom to find your authentic yes and no
  • Set boundaries and stay grounded in challenging moments
  • Practice self-compassion to soften the inner critic and nurture your wholeness
  • Reclaim joy and belonging as sources of resilience
  • Release tension held in the body and return to presence

Through guided meditation, journaling, dyad sharing, gentle movement, and community reflection, you’ll leave with tools to sustain your activism—and yourself—with love, clarity, and courage.

Why Now?

Because we need you whole. Because you deserve care, too. Because we cannot afford to burn out.

You’re not alone. Let’s gather, reset, and remember what’s possible—together.

Who is this For?

For activists and organizers dedicated to Palestinian liberation, immigrant rights, trans rights, and other movements for justice — and for all who love, support, and stand in community with them. All bodies and identities are welcome here.
