𝐀𝐧 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐣𝐨𝐲.
Joy is the pure and simple delight in being alive. Therefor, feeling more joy means being able to access more delight in relationship to your aliveness. Rather than needing to get or have more of something, joy is accessed through you opening to it – opening your heart to feel more of the life inside and around you.
Two essential gateways to accessing more joy in your life are 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 and the ability of 𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧. Authentic expression can be seen as the courage to express one's inner world. We feel joy when our external expression aligns with our internal state. When we let others in, we open for receiving their aliveness, intimacy and love.
The nature of our reality where individuals exist as separate entities creates challenges in opening for aliveness in relational dynamics. Our internal landscapes are largely concealed from one another. What brings joy to one person might not be in alignment with another. Often it is difficult to know in advance whether my joy aligns with your joy. Many of us are cautious in our expression, and the rules of engagement are not always clear. Is expressing wishes truly welcome? How explorative can I be with my touch? Is it ok to express If something does not feel aligned in the relational dynamic? Can we stay in connection and love even when disalignment occurs?
In the workshop we will create an attuned environment that allows as to move more radically towards joy in alignment with another. Come and expand your capacity to experience joy in your relational dynamics.

- Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
- Clothes stay on throughout the workshop.
- The event is suitable for singles, couples and those in alternate relationships.
- If you attend with a partner or a friend, you’re welcome to partner together for some or all of the exercises.
- You may step out of any exercise at any time — participation is always optional.
- Body-centered consent and boundaries are taught and encouraged.
