Radical Govanhill

Join Radical Glasgow Tours on this walk around Govanhill and learn about a few of the area's radical histories, from sabotage and slavery to political song, anti-fascism and Yiddish theatre. This tour was once famously described as being "packed with radical oral histories aka vintage leftwing gossip".

Time and distance: This tour will last approximately two hours and will cover 1.5 miles around the neighbourhood, ending at the gates of Queens Park at the top of Victoria Road.

Accessibility: This route is on city pavements. There are no opportunities for seated stops along the majority of this route.
