*Join me for a special Yin-style "Moving the Elements"*Come embody the season of late fall
through deep, slow, soft movements and conscious breathing.
I will guide you through breathing, meditation, and movement practices rooted in somatic wisdom.
We will use the elements as our guide to deeply balance and integrate the brain, body, emotions, heart, and soul.
We will connect to the wisdoms of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space, allowing them to heal and nourish us from the inside out.
If you love somatic healing &
if you want to learn how to slow down and really BE in your body, then this class is for you.
Come be guided gently into deep communion with *You*.

Space - Surrender
We will be lying down, seated, and standing.
Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a blanket for comfort and dropping in.
I will provide cushions to sit on.

About the teacher:
Tree has over 1400 hours studying and teaching somatics through Hellerwork Structural Integration, Craniosacral, and Energy medicine.
She has countless hours on the cushion meditating since 2018.
She has another countless hours in formal dance training.
She consciously practices what she teaches every day with her own vessel.
***This is a monthly class. New and seasoned movers, including all ages and abilities, are welcome. This is a BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ friendly space.
***This is a sober space with the intention of encountering ourselves fully and clearly.
