This is a Guided, Free-Form Movement Class & Soul Journey! Come be guided gently into deep communion with your body and soul through the Elements.
You are welcome to dance, move, play, and be however you wish. What matters is you allow your unique nature and authenticity emerge through your breath, movement, and sound (if you wish).
Music is both a curated playlist as well as Live Music (drumming) accompaniment.
We meet right near the FULL MOON for larger activation of energy and outward expression of our light and truth.

We as human beings are comprised of Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Space. These are our foundational energies and matter.
By tapping into these elements, we awaken their essence -- which is OUR essence!! -- and remember through our bodies how to fully:
🌎 Ground & Stabilize (earth)
🌊 Purify & Surrender to the Flow (water)
🔥 Express stored anger & recall our Passion (fire)
💨 Inspire & Activate who we really wanna be (air)
✨ Surrender fully to the Great Mystery (space/ether)

This is a safe space to:
-Explore your authentic self and to
-Healthily express stuck or stored energy
-Discover the truth and power that lies within you
I provide guidance to support body/mind presence and to attune to each element. However, the "moves" are your own. We aren't trying to be pretty or beautiful. We are raw, in our own unique ways. It's also time to play and have fun 🤩.
This class supported by music both LIVE and recorded. Live sound is provided by local, AMAZING musicians.
Each class includes:
~Guided drop in
~Invocation of each Element with the directions
~Elemental Wave (the core of this class~ 60-75 minutes to move thru each element)
~Closing sharing circle
***This is a monthly class. New and seasoned movers, including all ages and abilities, are welcome. This is a BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ friendly space.
***This is also a sober space with the intention of encountering ourselves fully and clearly.

PARKING - On the side of the building. Please enter through the side door with the wheelchair ramp facing the parking lot.
