We as human beings are comprised of Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Space, just as nature herself. By tapping into these elements, we awaken these essential energies that teach us how to ground, ignite, cleanse, inspire, surrender and so much more. When we tap into the fullness of each elemental energy, we not only heal and balance our own system, but also the nature that surrounds us. We recognize our interconnectedness with all of life.This class is gently guided to support your practice, but is mostly free form, authentic movement. I provide a music/soundscape to go through an Elemental Wave to fully experience each element and its energy.
Each class is composed of a warm up, an invocation of each element with its direction, an Elemental Wave, and a closing circle that unites us in community.
This is a monthly class. New and seasoned movers, including all ages and abilities, are welcome. This is a BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ friendly space.
This is also a sober space with the intention of encountering ourselves fully and clearly.

PARKING - On the side of the building. Please enter through the side door with the wheelchair ramp facing the parking lot.
